What to Expect

Class

  • In-person classroom environment
  • A primary teacher and guest teachers for special topics
  • No more than 12 students per class
  • Courses are 5 weekly classes; each class is 3 hours
  • Group sharing; not just lecture
  • Maintain a personal journal throughout the course
  • Pen, paper, and books; no screens

Class Format​

Each weekly session includes:

  • Assigned reading discussion
  • Thematic presentation
  • Facilitated group discussion
  • Personal reflection and goal setting

Community Agreement​

  1. We communicate without aggression.
  2. We disagree respectfully and accurately.
  3. We express ourselves, then take responsibility.
  4. What’s said in the room stays in the room.

Eligibility​

All men are welcome, ages 21 and older, regardless of relationship status, sexuality, religious affiliation, or political affiliation.
